Directions

I've used Seredyn on an "as needed basis" and I can say it definitely calms my body down, although it doesn't necessarily take away all panic or anxiety symptoms. Sometimes when I'm on it, my mind will continue to race or look for a way out but my body feels calm. It's a strange feeling. However, I do believe it HELPS with anxiety and panic attacks. I can't say it completely takes it away, but I can definitely tell that I am a little more relaxed when I take it.

I have been using Seredyn for some time now - and it's great. It
is a herbal product, so it doesn't work like normal tranquilizers, maybe
it's not that fast. In the beginning I didn't feel immediate results,
but after I took 2 capsules twice a day for several days, I felt much
better and much more relaxed, and I didn't have problems falling asleep.
That's the thing about natural products - they don't work as fast, but
the effects are long-lasting, and you don't get addicted. I will stick
to that product.
